Printed Circuit Board Assembly
All * fields are required.
Click on the subjects below for description if you need information about these fields:
Number of layers
The order of PCB has different layers depending on the design and type of circuit: single layer board, double layer board, double metallized board, 4 layer board and multi layer board which are produced up to 52 layers. Some multi-layer boards with special designs require impedance control.
Material
Different materials are used in the production of PCB depending on its application and design, such as FR4 board, Rogers board, flexible board, aluminum board, phenolic board, etc.
Standards
PCB production has its own international standards and all the boards that we delivers to you are produced with the IPCCLASS2 standard, which is specific to industrial boards, and if the board has special conditions, military designs, etc. IPCCLASS3 standard is used for their production.
PCB thickness
The standard thickness of the PCB is 1.6 mm, depending on its application, this thickness can be considered less (for example, 0.4 mm) or more (for example, 2 mm).
Copper thickness
The standard thickness of copper is 1 ounce, but depending on the type of electrical circuit, it can be considered less (for example, 0.5 ounce) or more (for example, 3 ounce).
Solder mask
Solder mask printing, also known as green printing. Solder mask and tinning protective printing, is the color of the coating on the board, which is usually seen in green, but other colors such as white, red, blue, etc. can also be used.
Silk screen
Printing of parts or marking or silk screen usually specifies the location of electronic parts and test points and technical number, company logo and warning signs on the PCB. Special ink is used for silk screen, which is usually white or black.
Electrical test
All PCBs even sample boards have free electrical test.
File upload
Once the desired PCB has been designed in Altium Designer software, the Gerber output from the software is required to produce the PCB.
The BOM is a list of the electronic components that will be assembled on the PCB. You can create this list in Excel.
Please compress your Gerber and BOM files into a zip file format and upload it. If you don’t have a BOM component list, you can complete the table on page 4 (BOM).
